♡ I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time for any reason♡ I will not tolerate disrespectful behavior and will cancel your commission if it occurs
♡ paypal only♡ full payment is required before I will begin working on your commission.♡ additional fees may be required for excessive revisions, rush orders, or no provided reference material (price varies on complexity of commission)
♡ please provide me with clear reference material! it can be concept art, mood boards, photographs, a doodle or anything related to your commission♡ a short written paragraph describing your commission♡ commission price covers one full sketch revision and a limited amount of minor sketch/color revisions should you require them♡ revisions due to my negligence are always free
♡ commissions will be completed by order of payment received♡ i have another job besides taking commissions so please take this into consideration!♡ i live in the us on the west coast so my usual active online hours are around 3pm-1am and the typical time im able to respond to messages and work on commissions although this is always subject to change due to life♡ i will absolutely do my best to complete your commission within 2 weeks of receiving payment (not when commission was established!)♡ if i believe it will take me longer or if unforeseen circumstances arise i will let you know♡ i will email you the sketch first before continuing on to the coloring phase♡ resolution of the final art will always be around 4000-6000px at 300dpi♡ file type will always be png
♡ i, as the artist, retain the rights over every commission♡ i am allowed to post the commission to any of my socials or use as examples for future commission work♡ any character portrayed in a commission will remain copyright to the original owner
♡ print it out for personal use♡ post it on any platform (with credit please <3)♡ crop/resize image for use as an avatar or header etc♡ use my work as a reference
♡ NFTS♡ AI♡ edit the original art/sketch or remove my watermark♡ claim it as your own work♡ commercial use or reproduction (idk how that shit works)
♡ there is no penalty for wanting to cancel a commission before payment. you are free :)♡ if you decide to cancel your commission after i have already begun the sketch phase i will issue you a partial refund equivalent to the amount of time i spent on it♡ no refund will be issued after the commission is completed♡ if i am not able to complete your commission I will contact you for a full refund. This does not include a commission taking longer than you would like♡ attempt to file a chargeback will be dealt with by the necessary legal council. I will not tolerate scammers
